Cleaning, polishing & rhodium plating
Bring brilliance back to your jewellery with our professional cleaning and polishing services. We also offer rhodium plating to restore the bright white finish on white gold pieces, leaving your jewellery looking like new.

Ring sizing
Whether your ring feels too tight or too loose, our jewellers provide precise resizing for gold and platinum rings, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit.

Your jewellery never
leaves the building.
Repairs are handled by our own goldsmiths at the studio on 50th Avenue — not shipped out to a third party.
That means we can talk through a repair with the piece in front of us, explain what will and will not work, and stand behind the result. It also means we can handle the tricky ones: worn claws, thin shanks, antique settings and stones that need re-tipping.

Repairs and resizings can be dropped off any time we are open — no appointment needed. Custom design consultations are by appointment, so you get Lionel's undivided attention.

We quote before we start
You will know the cost before any work begins, and we will talk it through with you before anything is changed, reset or replaced.

Straightforward repairs are usually quick. Restoration and custom work take longer, and we will tell you honestly how long to expect.
